Everything was fine except for the constant train whistle. Very annoying so be sure to ask where your is before leaving the front desk. It runs until 10 pm

This hotel is IDEAL if going on the party boat. You can easily walk to any restaurant and there are clubs within walking distance too. SO much to do at boardwalk. My only complaint is that there was a slight smell in the hallway… otherwise, I rate this a 5!!!

For a 3 star hotel it is very nice. You can tell is not a new property and aged, but considering the location and the spacious room it is worth it. It was very clean. Was a weekend getaway, right on the boardwalk. I would say fairly quiet considering all the nightlife going on below. You do hear the train passing by in the morning, it seems they were running for maintenance but it wasn’t too bad, since we were awake after 9am. Just something to note if someone wasn’t expecting. There were Halloween festivities going on the weekend we stayed. We had the top floor, 4th level room. The balcony looking down was great for people watching. Very convenient near lots of restaurants within and around the area. Great area to stroll around and be able to pop in and out of room. Staff was very friendly.

I spent the weekend with my husband and our 7y/o grandson. We all had a great time. The hotel was very nice and clean. It is an old property, but well kept. Very nice restaurants around and the boardwalk was lots of fun. Will definitely come back!

Such a comfortable and well looked after property. Rosa on the front desk graciously upgraded us to the bay side and our extremely spacious room was spotlessly clean, It was also super welcoming, with the bedside lamps already switched on - the only hotel on our road trip from NYC to Texas to do this. Much of the amusement park was closed as we were there early in the week, but it appeared to be very well maintained and the two restaurants we dined at - Bubba Gump and Landry’s Seafood - were very tasty and the service was excellent. Houston Space Center was an easy 15-minute drive away and well worth visiting.
