Website does not say that there is $150 deposit, upon my arrival the guy at the front desk was trying to charge me $150 deposit. This is a 2/3 star hotel, $150 is ridiculous. While he proceeded to tell me he will take it down to $100, that’s how much it usually is not an extra $50. Then I found out I had an extra charge pending on my account including with the deposit and the room charges when they checked me in the room. These pending charges take at least 5 business days if they fall off. This is very inconvenient and needs to be displayed on the website. Folks be aware of extra charges and deposit amount. If they could fix that it would be nice, the property is clean and quiet that’s a plus.

The A/C unit in my room was severely leaking on the 4th floor. I checked in late so I didnt want to change rooms. Barely slept with it being so noisy and smelt of mold/mildew due to that fact.

My family and I had a fantastic stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the check-in was smooth, and my room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The comfortable bed, great amenities made it relaxing. The hotel’s facilities were excellent. Above all, the exceptional service from the attentive staff made my stay great. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, and outstanding hospitality.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff is incredibly professional, and friendly, and provides outstanding customer service. The location is ideal, just 15 minutes from Houston’s top attractions and downtown Houston (without traffic), and the parking is both great and free. The rooms are cozy, with super comfortable beds, ensuring a restful stay. As a bonus, it’s conveniently located near a Starbucks and other fantastic food options. I’ll definitely be returning!
