This is a pretty good place. Several food place with in walking. Good breakfast. Staff was friendly.

I would not stay here again. It was very sketchy and when we arrived police were all over the place. They said it was for a small ‘Incident’. The whole second floor smelled so strongly of weed the entire time. Did not feel safe, could hear yelling in other rooms, a woman walked up and down the hallway looking lost late at night. Food was nearly out at breakfast at only 8:30.

There was a very strong smell of marijuana all throughout the property. Vagriants all over the property. No working locks on bathroom door. We left the property and when we came back the elevator was broken. We stood there for at least 10 minutes before someone came from the front desk to tell us it was broken. Roaches very noticeable and the bed linen did not feel clean or comfortable. Very disappointed in this La Qiunta

Do not recommend staying here. The front desk staff were friendly but that was the only good thing about this place. It smells when you walk in the doors, the rooms are dirty annnnd be prepared to have “extra guests” joining you in your room. We needed up packing our bags and leaving to another place because we found multiple roaches in our room. The front desk staff didnt even seem concerned when I told them about the bugs. The next day I received a call from an assistant manager. I didn’t request a call so I thought she was calling to apologize about my experience. I was WRONG! She called to yell at me that I wouldn’t be receiving a refund. I hadn’t even contacted the property or Expedia yet to request one so it was weird that she even called. When I say she was yelling at me I am not exaggerating. She was very hostile and confrontational for no reason. I called and asked to speak with a manager about this but they were “unavailable” to talk with me.

The La Quinta in Stafford/Sugarland is awful. The owner is a greedy man. He does not care about his guests or his employees. He only cares about the Almighty dollar the IHOP in front of the La Quinta is wonderful. The owner is a very nice and kind and generous man the staff is lovely. The food is delicious, I don’t know why you’d have to go anywhere else you can eat breakfast lunch and dinner there you can go to the bathroom you can use your phone. You can laugh. You can cry and cry with you. They’ll bring you. I love the IHOP restaurant in front of the La Quinta to the side of the Pappadeaux‘s and the Hampton Inn and suites in Stafford, Texas Across from the fountains where there’s all kinds of shops and places to eat down the street is Classic Chevrolet where you can buy any kind of car newer used for a wonderful price and they’ll wait on you immediately and they’ll take care of financing for you they’ll help you finance. They’ll treat you with respect and kindness. I’ll buy all of my cars there , my personal vehicles, my work vehicles I’ll recommend Classic Chevrolet!!
