Never got to stay.turned me away saying there were no rooms.I prepaid and they owe me a refund.Hotel is sketchy and has done this type of thing to me on all 3 stays I had here.Raising reservation prices and saying they have no more rooms.Management does not respond to my request for a refund.

I spent two days at the hotel, my room was never cleaned and in the bathroom, there weren't no body soap or body lotion in the room. I requested for body soap, I was giving the smallest body soap I have ever seen in my life.

The staff was friendly. Overall the place was clean, but there was mold in front of the AC on the curtains and in the bathroom. And the keycards would not work FREQUENTLY. I had to switch the cards out every day.

Great stay
Great stay but I chose pay at property and she tried to charge me more for my reservation.She said it did not matter that I had reservation.She changed my reservation last time I stayed and I had to pay 27 dollars more.When I spoke to the girl thats there everyday she told me that girl was new and there was nothing she could do about it.Once before they tried to put me out saying they were booked and it did not matter that I had reservation.And I should have prepaid.That got solved from contacting hotels.com but now their chat does not work on the app anymore after contacting them once.It says chat disconected.Anyway I hope they honner my hotels.com reservations and the price In the future.

I had higher expectations based on the images, which portrayed a well-maintained and impressive hotel. Locating the establishment proved challenging, as it was not listed on Google Maps, and there was no signage indicating the hotel's name. After making two U-turns and entering the building to confirm its identity, I noticed an unusual odor inside, and the lobby felt somewhat warm. The check-in process was efficient and quick, and the elevator was clean and functional. Initially, the room appeared dated, with a shower that had a plastic-like floor. It also had a musty smell, and the television was not plugged in, which I was reluctant to address. Additionally, the showerhead leaked at the connection, and without applying pressure to the knob, it continued to drip. One of the beds had red stains at the bottom that resembled old blood, so I was relieved to have a second bed to use. Given the rate of $73 per night, my expectations were tempered. I may consider returning if I notice renovations or at least some signage indicating the hotel's name.
