Staff checking in was very friendly. There was a lot of noise on our floor due to maybe a soccer tournament. Kids running up and down the hallways screaming, but this was not the hotel's fault.

Nice hotel and comfy beds!
Check in is made easy as it is done online before you arrive . I just needed to pickup our keys when we checked in. We didn’t have a blow dryer and we were short a towel. Front desk brought the missing items within minutes of us checking in and beds were comfy.

Poor communication
The bathtub drain plug was stuck in the tub and the water wouldn’t drain from the shower. We told the front desk and apparently maintenance went to fix it but since we had a small dog in a kennel in the room they wouldn’t fix it and didn’t inform us of this until we went to shower again and called down to request maintenance again.

Mae left the room at 8:30 in the morning. Returned at am10 pm and the room was not cleaned. It’s not a cheap hotel. At almost 100 dollars a night I would expect the rooms to be cleaned. this is absolutely ridiculous and disappointing

Unfortunately, it was not the experience I hoped for. Upon check-in, I was given a room that clearly wasn't ready. The floors and walls in the elevator were visibly dirty with marks, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected. I hope management takes the necessary steps to improve housekeeping, as this could be a nice property if cared for better.

Requested clean towels since our room was not made up, and the clerk requested the used towels before clean ones could be given. Also, was told that the towels needed to be washed and it would take two hours. What hotel does not have clean towels available upon request?
