a great time !
my boyfriend and i got a hotel for a romantic getaway. for the price we paid, it exceeded our expectations. valet was friendly. the front desk people were amazing. my only complaint is we had no idea how to get more water bottles to our room lol ! aside from that it was amazing & we will definitely go back for another romantic weekend together. the view from our room was also amazing.

The gentleman that was working the dining room on the 2nd floor for breakfast service was doing 5 jobs at a time and was still so attentive and polite. Give that man a raise! He deserves it. 👏

The rooftop area was very nice and beautiful. It was VERY disappointing that the hot tub was not working. It was slightly warm in the morning, the jets didnt work, and got cooler as the day progressed. Cleaning staff knocking on door when the sign was out not to disturb.

Comfortable rooms/beds. Great walking area to Minute Maid Park and local restaurants. Only bad thing to say is I didn’t like having the garden style tub instead of just a shower. It was a little slippery and hard to cross over after a recent ankle surgery so I would imagine that would be tough for older people or those with mobility issues. I would ask for a room without it if possible.

The staff were wonderful. The room was beautiful. We had trouble with the tv connection. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided were not my taste in fragrance. Only one working elevator most of the stay which caused lines and crowded elevator trips. Dog friendly however no dedicated dog walking area. It was inconvenient walking the dog all over to find grass in the middle of downtown. The hotel lobby smelled wonderful. I wish the toiletries smelled like the lobby lol. Very nice hotel overall.

my stay was fine. I was there a short time. the women who checked me in were rude and dismissive. one could not find my hotels.com reservation and would not try to problem solve. her colleargue helped her but neither made eye contact and acted as though I it was inconvenient for them to process my check-in. not th service I have had at this hotel in the past. the gentlement at valet and front door were polite and helpful.
