Located on a quiet residential cul de sac street in Friendswood w/ views on a community pond. Upon entry through the foyer you will find a game room to the left. Enjoy hours of fun game nights with the vintage foosball table, or board games. The living area features high ceilings, a large smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and a queen sized sleeper sofa for additional sleeping capacity. Open concept living area opens to an enormous kitchen that is loaded with full sized stainless appliances. Side by side fridge with ice maker, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, and gas cooktop. Abundance of cabinetry comes stocked with pots/pans/dishes/cutlery etc. Oversized walk-in pantry, just bring the food! Entertaining is enjoyable and easy in this kitchen with seating available for a dozen people. From the dining table, you have views of the backyard pool oasis! Pool & hot tub is for the private use of the guests only. There is an additional community pool available that can be reserved for parties etc.

1. Master bedroom features a king sized 4 poster bed, high ceilings with ceiling fan and large mounted flat screen (smart) TV for streaming your favorite shows. A full sized futon/sleeper sofa to allow additional sleeping capacity, and a small desk area in the master bedroom is perfect for working from home.
2. Guest room with king sized upholstered bed. This room has ceiling fan and walk in closet.
