On Thursday, November 21st, my employee stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Baytown. Let me say our experience was less than acceptable from an associate of the Marriot Corporation! We experienced faulty facility issues and when they were presented to the manager MS. Blake, she was very rude in her responses. From accusing us of making the issues up to hanging up on me when I had to reach out to her again after requesting her to call me when she gets in at 10:00. We had no hot water in our room and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk, asking for the manager, they identified they were having issues with the boiler. MS Blake flatly denied any boiler issues, even though her employees were the ones that brought it up. So Lie to me, accus me of fabrications, and then hang up on me when I finally get her on the phone. MS Blake lacks customer relation etiquette and is frankly a LIAR!
