I did not enjoy my stay and I ended it early for several reasons. When I arrived, it was late, and I was exhausted. A nice woman at the front desk checked me in. I noticed a mildew smell, but since Houston is humid, I paid it no mind. When I got off of the elevator, the smell was even stronger. I got to my room and went to bed. In the middle of the night, my chest started feeling tight and I couldn’t figure out why. To make a very long story short, the next day when I slid the barn door to the bathroom closed, the wallpaper was peeling and there was lots of black mold exposed. I had been breathing that in all night! They changed my room, but the next room had a big spider in it. Later, the power and internet went out and I was done. I checked out and went to a different hotel.

The Staff is absolutely excellent....no other way to put it. The facility owners desperately need to desperately improve the property's conditions. Perhaps start by ensuring the air conditioners are blowing clean germ-free air as both my wife and I developed head-colds during our stay. We suspect it came from the hotel's lack of air quality.

Receptionists were very rude, aggressive and misbehaved. Washroom shower was too rusty with green rust and I requested to clean or change, she said “ Do you have better than this at your home “? She said either stay with same or leave the hotel In midnight, nowhere to go. it was really terrible desk service. Will never go back on this location
