The was a cockroach infestation in the kitchen area bugs crawling all over ..I was very angry I requested a refund and left I couldn’t stay in that filth..I’m disappointed in Hotel.com for posting this property listing

Our bathtub felt like hardened sand. Water was luke warm with barely any water pressure. The pool was empty. They had no extra sheets or towels for us. We evacuated from Louisiana for the hurricane and they said for us to pay nightly, we went to extend our room the next morning just for them to tell us they gave away our room without telling us. So, 7 of us had to pack up, after making it there at 6 am, and haul 30 minutes to the next available hotel.

Terrible condition, the wifi didn't work! I was in 201 and the signal was so poor. the the smell is unbelievable, weed for sure. The electric plugs were not stable and kept wiggling and didn't charge. On top of all of that, I found insects on one of the bed!!!!! Very very disappointed with the quality and the price I paid for it.
