At no time were we ever informed that towels would be rationed. I did not care to use my bath towel as a hand towel. The beds were too soft and so close to the floor that both I and my handicapped son could hardly get up from them. The uncarpeted floors were sticky. There may have been 1000 toilet paper tissues on each roll, but one tissue would absorb NOTHING. The GPS we used to get to the hotel gave us some pretty screwy directions and we were unable to find the location—until we stopped at the Honda dealership and asked an employee, who, incidentally, didn’t even know the hotel was there! But she told us we should pretend we were going to Wal-Mart and then we’d see it. Good thing it was still daylight! The women working at the front desk were all extremely friendly (except when I asked for ONE additional towel!) and helpful. The shower was perfect, especially with all the bars to help my son stay upright. I overheard one of the front desk ladies tell another customer that this hotel was an extended stay hotel and that’s why the normal amenities were not provided. No where in your advertising was that term used.

The lock for my room door was halfway off. It worked but was kind of hanging off, needed to be tighten to the door. Room 124. That was a safety issue. But other than that, everything was great.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I liked that it looked clean and was located right next to Walmart and other shopping and restaurants. The front desk attendant was very polite when this she was being newly trained. Unfortunately, once I got to my room, I found a lot of bed bugs under the bedding on top of the mattress protector, which was plastic and ripped. I had been moving all day, displaced from Hurricane Beryl, and ended up having to switch rooms after moving all of my belongings into the room. I also found what appeared to be bugs on the bed in the 2nd room so I had to purchase my own mattress protector, sheets, comforter, bed pillows, pillow protectors and pillow cases. The hotel refused any compensation since they switched my initial room. The 2nd room had plumbing issues and I had to remove the toilet lid to manually flush the toilet daily. The shower head had zero pressure so I also had to purchase a detachable shower head and install it myself because the staff claimed they had no maintenance. The fan in the restroom also didn't work at the room and bathroom became very hot when I showered. I caught some sort of virus while staying there and had to keep extending my reservation because I was so ill. The Hispanic front desk attendant was exceptionally rude any time she was working, she came across very aggressive in her communication but also didn't care about resolving any issues I reported. Even with me telling her that I was very ill, she was very unprofessional.

The property was great. Fitted my needs as I was only in town from San Antonio for Dodgers / Astros baseball weekend. Belma(?) assisted with Friday late night check-in and was wonderful. Every question I had or assistance I needed (extra pillow/blankets) she was super friendly and helpful. Thanks Belma!!!

Paper thin walls amd the neighbors we had on both sides were up until 3am also they allow pets so the barking was horrible. The bed was horrible paper thin sheets and blankets just felt like someone threw this hotel together with the cheapest budget. Dont let me forget the 2 towels that was it 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
