Stay was good until next morning when I woke up to leave and got to my truck and realized it was broken into. Also 10 other vehicles were vandalized. The staff knows about this yet do nothing for added security at night. I definitely will not recommend based on how the situation was handled or should I say was not handled.

Hotel was not very good. Ice machine didn’t work on our floor. The AC didn’t work right. Room was either too hot or too cold and the fan was really loud. The TV was terrible. The water tastes like dirt. No fridge in the room. The overall vibe was just creepy. Bar was closed on Sunday with no explanation. Only good point was it was walking distance to NRG stadium.

It was fine for what I needed, its dated, could use freshening up... The front desk was great, the lady that checked me in had to help me re arrange my reservation and she did, with a smile and was very pleasent about it. In fact all the staff I engaged with were great. I travel a lot. Finally, this is is going to sound rediculous...but it made an impression, and lets be clear, I have stayed in hundreds of places over the years, and never had this problem....I had the hardest time squeezing the shampoo and conditioner out of the bottles in the bathroom.. lol. But, Good stay, staff was great, I would stay here again next time I am in the Houston area.
