Overall, our room carpet was dirty,needs proper wet clean, windows were very dirty,TV did not work,had to get maintenance to fix,bed mattress was very dirty and stained and was no mattress protector fitted,radiator in bathroom was rusty , balcony was dangerous with cables laying on in. Staff were helpful and friendly but would not recommend this hotel.

Being in hotel from the 1970’s
We’re do I start Shower facility dribbles out off shower head Not hot enough either & no pressure in taps Windows don’t open & was very stuffy to sleep if you on top floor as we was Curtains stunk & so out dated The tv was out dated & didn’t work Even tried to wiggle & move wire Lift broken & so many stairs to climb Carpet stained Over all condition was poor throughout the hotel Mixed carpet on stairs Was like going to faulty towers Like going back to the late 1970s So outdated & definitely needs a re vamp Stay clear!!!!!!!

Property was quite basic but clean. In a good location for walking to the sea front & shopping areas. There was reasonably priced parking directly outside the property which was one of my main criteria’s as travelling by car

Location okay, that's it
Location is good. There's no hassle with checking in and out. Toilet is dirty though. There's even some pubic here in the toilet. Not sure with cleanliness. Shower is working ✅ Location is great ✅ Staff is okay ✅ For the price, it shouldn't be sold at such a high price.

This property is cheap, you have a bed and a shower room and that's all I needed so it was perfect for me. Don't get me wrong it could do with an update, the beds were comfy, everything worked so no complaints from me!

The property is dated, the mattress is like a black hole that absorbs you. The carpets are stained but it’s in a good location in Hove and was the best value for money for my budget visit. I wouldn’t want to stay longer than a night though.

Spacious clean room to which we were allowed early access. Very helpful staff assisted us with parking and accommodated all of our requests. I believe this hotel is under new management and is making steady improvements. Very good value and ideal for a short stay.
