4 Bedrooms Beach Villa with 3 pools at Villa 21 Chaam Baan Talay Samran
Imagine waking up in the morning to the sounds of the ocean and tweeting birds. Brew a coffee and relax on the huge balcony with recliner seats or even use the hammock if you havent really woken up yet.
Once you are up for it take a stroll along the beach and watch the fisherman in action with nets and rods.... dodge a few crabs along the way!
A month rent is also welcome, and If you are a foreigner, my friend, John, have airport pick up service, (Pick you up at any airport and drive you right to the door step of our villa), Car rental service (for you to rent once you are in Cha Am) and private guide service. John is from UK and lives with his wife in Cha Am. If you want to use these services please let us know.

Beautiful beach villa in the quiet and peaceful development Baan Talay Samran. Surrounded by tropical gardens, 3 swimming pools (all salt water) and 2 saunas.
1 of the 3 Swimming pool is specifically design for small children with a shallower water depth.
Sleeps 8 people + 2 children comfortably - perfect for families. There are 4 Bedrooms and 4 Full Bathrooms in the house.

Bedroom 3: 2 Twins Size Bed
Bedroom 4: 2 Twins Size Bed
The first floor has kitchen, dining table, private outdoor Jacuzzi that can fit up to 6 people, and living room with big flat screen T. The kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, small ovens, toaster, kettle, stove, and kitchenware
Loads of space for the kids to play around in the garden and there is a special kiddies pool. Highly recommend a car as it is a few kilometres outside Cha-am town beside the exclusive Sofitel Hotel.
Beautiful 3 story beach villa set in a quiet and peaceful development. Surrounded by tropical gardens there are 3 swimming pools and a private spa attached to your villa. There are 2 saunas available in the main building too. Pure escapism in the Thai beach resort of Cha-am.
Villa is perfectly suited for families.
Note that if the tide is in, you can go through the North gate of Baan Talay Somran to access the larger beach
I live in Bangkok and visit often, I keep the place in excellent condition because the villa was primary meant to be a family vacation home.
