B&B without the breakfast. It's really just a bed.
DO NOT bother to stay here. This place is really just a place to put a roof over your head just in case it rains. Just cough up the money and stay in a hotel when in Hualien.
1) I can't even say poor service when there is none in existence. The only thing the person in charge tried to do was to help us call a cab and that didn't even work out. We ended up spending 20 min to walk to the city area.
2) Me and my wife were assigned a theme room. We are not fans of the theme and the worst part was the doll that was on the bed was old and definitely did not fall within the standards of basic hygiene.
3) This place does not provide any towels. What they do provide is disposable towels, basically, a giant "wet tissue" that is dry. I do not know how to describe it any better.
4) I won't rate that the place is terrible, just terribly disappointing that it was even bracketed in the 3 star category. It felt closer to a private hostel at best.
