DO NOT BOOK - MAJOR ISSUE
We arrived in a barely lit street to check in, got no answer at the door, then called the number available to be told we couldn't stay there!! Stuck in Huddersfield at night with nowhere to stay! Shocking! I'd even checked in online the previous day.

We did not stay as parking was unavailable due to access block by another car, also the apartment did not match the description. We did not expect to find old food in a dirty fridge, there was other people's clothing drying in the hall way and the room did not look like the photos. Good point was i was given a refund by the proprietor within an hour. I would never return or recommend.

No apartment, just a room in a house!
No Free Parking on site!! You have to find a place to park on the street and mind the residents parking!! A very disappointing place to stay. It's not an apartment it's a room that has a small double bed under a loft beam (mind your head). The bed is old and you will feel the springs, the duvet is light and it's quite cold during the night. Also has a "kitchen". The bathroom is massive with a tiny shower you can bearly move in. Smells like an Indian restaurant in the room too. The owner texts you with a code to the main door and your room door, no customer service! Didn't even realize that I received it until I tried to access the "big house" and phoned the owner to ask how i access the "apartment" building.

Convenient location, 10 min walk from the station, nice solid Victorian building, clear instructions for entering the building, nice room, clean and comfortable. I recommend!
