We were there for five days/nights for visiting family and friends. Good breakfast. Great towels for hotel towels. Friendly and polite staff. Got my rewards. Clean and attractive lobby, but freezing AC. Too cold. Daily service in our room was appreciated even if it was minor. One BIG problem: handicapped accessible room. Why? I would get a ticket if I parked in a handicap spot. But here I’m put in this room where the shower water floods the floor; where I can’t hang up my clothes because they hang on the floor. I did not request that room and just wonder why?

Unfortunately didn’t replenish towels each day. Kept leaving only one wash cloth with having two guest. No tissues and didn’t replace Toilet Paper with a five day stay. When asked for supplies were given but should have been inventoried when housekeeper came by each day. One day dirty towels weren’t picked up.
