The house has the benefit of being on the edge of the local park and there is a Tesco express nearby. A rare, freshly restored Victorian pool with a gym is located at the bottom of the street. This is a private letting with the young owner resident. It was difficult to find: sandwiched between the park and the avenue but the owner had rectified that. Very "Peaceful " as the name suggests. Plenty of buses and within walking distane of the centre of Hull.
