Good location. The room need a bit of a makeover to refresh the Deco and colour. The breakfast was very average with a few selections of food. The bathroom didn't have air vent. After the shower the whole room was steamed up and damp. The mattress in the bed was awful. The most uncomfortable bed that I evet slept in. I felt absolutely exhausted after waking up loads of times at night due to the discomfort. The staff are friendly and nice.

Great hotel great location, just got no sleep because of a yapping dog. Complained in the morning and they told me I should have called reception and changed rooms… at 2.30 in the morning, like it was my fault which made me feel even worse. I don’t think anyone would be up for changing rooms at that hour. Disappointing stay.

For price of hotel in the area of Hull, UK not worth it. Room was very confortable and clean, but didnt come with fridge(you can ask for one), room service is very expensive, does have AC but shuts off during the night so woke up sweating each night, cleaning service comes early(930) so couldnt get room cleaned half the time, and the TV needs apps or smart hook up for movies or shows.
