Far too overbooked .

We stayed in Willerby for a wedding , room ok , the hotel was fully booked , with coach trips for new year parties. The hotel could not cope with the amount of people!! It was chaos moving around the hotel, not big enough. Our food was cold , service poor , wedding wasn’t organised properly. Things missing , had to chase to get the best out of the day .

Fire alarm went off incredibly early in the morning and then went off a further three times late in the evening which disrupted our sleep. There was no fire

Pipes very noisy

Heating pipes were banging all night long room 213 seriously needs attention otherwise a nice place to stay its a shame the main reason for staying was a poor night sleep
