Ask for cancelation of one night. Got a reply from hotel.com to check with hotel directly, hotel told me to check with hotel.com, then zero reply. Hotel was absolute rip off at 450$ a night. They can just raise the price to any level if the demand is high. Could not even take a shower with these « water saving » shower. Convertible bed is a joke.

The property is clean and easy to park at. Near Hershey park and Hershey stadium. Easy to find an Uber if you want to take one. Our air conditioner was loud and annoying though on the room and this location has a ton of kids and was sort of loud

Very nice place stay. Room was very big 3 older kids plus mom & dad. Beds comfy. Good breakfast too. Very clean hotel. Highly recommend only 2 miles from Hersheypark too.

Great location for visiting Hershey Park without dealing with traffic. Room was very nice and larger than expected, breakfast was great with eggs, meat, and fresh made waffles. Indoor pool was a bit cold and very strong chlorine smell, but maybe that is normal for indoors. Highly recommend for visiting Hershey Park.

The good: Ok hotel for the price. Close proximity to Hershey Park. The bad: The water for the entire hotel randomly shut off one morning while a family member was showering. Five minutes later, the fire alarms go off forcing guests to evacuate. Not a fun morning, plans were pushed back more than an hour. Asked the front desk for extra towels around 11:30pm after returning from a concert covered in sweat only to be told they don’t have any. Was not able to shower. Hotel staff are friendly but it seems like they are constantly short staffed and the overall experience reflects that.

Worst hotel stay I've ever had!
This was by far the WORST hotel experience I've ever had! It started after check-in. I was double charged ($4040 total), we were locked out of our room THREE days in a row because the computer said I never checked in the 1st night, then the computer said I didnt PAY (even though I paid TWICE)! Im not sure why the front desk doesnt use half a brain when they knew I was physically there AND paid! There was only 1 staff (Shay)and the Assistant GM who had to get involved who were at least apologetic and knew that the hotel was in the wrong. We didn't receive room service so we inquired and were told every other day so we waited and because the computer said we were not there they never came. We were then told at any time we can get extra towels and washcloths but when we asked that night were told by Eubere that the housekeeping didnt do their job and there were none clean that he could give us! However we found out the next day that he was too lazy to go get them as they never run out. We also were walked in on (used her key) by housekeeping because she thought our room was empty too. There is also a loud banging noise in the wall after using the hot water in the shower and it goes on for hours! Pull out couch was broken and never laid flat, so those family members had to sleep folded up and uncomfortable for SIX nights!! Absolutely unacceptable customer service and the manager/assistant manager just hide and let the front desk deal with it all. Do NOT recommend.
