Security DepositA £100 security deposit is required on arrival. This is processed by a pre-authorisation card swipe and no funds are taken unless necessary at the end of your stay.

Please note the park don't accept same day bookings, all bookings looking to travel/be amended on the day of travel need to be called through to the park first.
For late check ins throughout January – April, if you need to arrive after 6pm, you must ring ahead to arrange key collection.
Facilities
Please be aware the park hold private events such as weddings – the park to confirm all noise will be kept as a minimal and no disturbance should be caused
Please note due to drainage and cleaning arrangements, if you are booking a hot tub accommodation, it may not be up to maximum temperature upon arrival.
Please note: Golf and fishing are subject to availability and must be checked and booked prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.

In line with government guidance to ensure you and your family are safe during your stay social distancing practices will be in place across the park and any shared facilities may be limited or closed.
