The hotel itself is a bit dated but looks like it was being kept up. Painted etc. Staff was all very nice and hotel was in walking distance to shops and nice restaurants. Free parking was a plus! Overall it was nice stay at affordable price. Not the Ritz but don’t have a complaint. Would stay again.

I was skeptical after reading all the 1 star reviews. I was on verge of changing hotel, but I want to be close to my relatives. The hotel is very conveniently located near everything. The room is super nice and clean. If you are picky and looking for fancy resort style hotels then this is not your place. I will definitely rebook hotel hb for its hospitality and location .

Woke up with a roach sleeping next to me and a roach in the pool and around the TV on the counter. They failed to mention that one of the floors they were remodeling or something was going on that perhaps the insects and rodents scatter to find a new home when u mess up their current home. Grosssss. The pool area is creepy as hell. Thought I was in the Outlook hotel pool area.
