This cottage is nestled in a quiet area with a family friendly atmosphere. Private road and parking spaces for 6 or more, all 9 beds are brand-new, full kitchen and two full size bathrooms. Access to the Muskoka River, Balsam Chutes, hiking and 4 Wheeling/Snowmobile trails.

The Property was amazing and a hidden surprise was the trampoline which the young children loved. But the best part of this vacation was the communications with the Host Jenn. Loved the space for the multiple families who stayed together. It's a beautiful relaxing space that has been well thought out. Lots of options inside and outside to socialize, and play together.
