Hotel smelled like a mix of weed and Burger King onion rings. Towels that looked like someone vomitted in the hallway and dogs everywhere. Had what looked like public hair on the toilet seat when we arrived. Toilet paper holder was broke off wall. I cannot honestly say one good thing about this place. What’s weird is all the reviews are good and that is why I picked it. Someone was sleeping in their car in the parking lot. So they are either paid reviews or have low standards.

One and done. Never again. I played musical rooms. First room, hair balls on the floor, crumbs, hair in shower curtain and some nasty sticky substance on the clean fitted bedsheet. Told staff my room was dirty and asked to be moved to a different room. The second room was worse. Sink was absolutely disgusting. Crumbs on shelves. Floor had never been swept. Area around fridge was really dirty. Fridge door was dirty too. Hair everywhere. After moving to the third room, I decided to just ask for cleaning supplies and clean the room myself. The staff member hesitated and insisted that he would clean the room himself. I stood my ground and just asked for cleaning supplies. He finally granted my wish and all he could give me was microfiber cloths and disinfectant spray. It was late and I honestly had not planned on cleaning my own room when Extended Stay has paid and hired their own cleaning staff. The floors were beyond dirty and soiled. The kitchen area had never been cleaned and they rarely change bedsheets so get ready to either lower your standards and stay in a dirty and highly soiled area or avoid staying here. Personally, I will never ever stay at any Extended Stay again as long as I am living. Extremely disappointed. They pride themselves in having a 10-point cleaning inspection but it is maybe a 1-point at most. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company as the room charges should have been comp’d since I had to do the work they hire others to do.

Worth the money
Room was basic but clean, reasonable size, however no coffee or even cups for tea or coffee. Area was fine. Negatives were the elevator wasn’t working, I took a room on the second floor as a result. Card key to the Side door didn’t work so a long walk to the stairs and up to the room. No breakfast offered other than coffee and some packaged things. At least juice would have been nice. That said I liked the place.

The room looked ok/clean when we checked in. Later early evening I went to the bathroom and was surprised to see a roach crawling around on the floor. The room was also very noisy. We could hear the highway, the person walking around in the room above us and and fight between guests in the middle of the night. This was not a good stay.

When we arrive after a sporting event for check in we are met with a small sign at the desk stating that there is no hot water. It was late that night so we agree to stay for the night and check out in the morning. This issue with the hot water has been an ongoing issue for weeks. The hotel would not assist us in any refund. The manager was not on duty and would not answer. There was no information on their website to show that they did not have heat. I was met with uncertainty of how they were properly sanitizing anything without hot water. Also our toilet was not in functioning condition. We could see where they attempted to caulk it but it was unstable and had toilet water leaking at the base.
