Very nice hotel and great staff. Would stay again for sure. Only complaint was the doors to our rooms. Neither would latch without pushing very hard, allowing anyone the possibility to open the door without key card.

We were given a handicapped room, which was unexpected but was due to my error. The shower apparatus would not work properly, so after a long drive and paying $164 for a one night stay, we couldn’t even take a shower. We know how the tub release works, but the top sprayer only sprayed hard streams of water, and the hand held sprayer we couldn’t get to work at all. The bathroom sick had no stopper. The thermostat on the wall doesn’t regulate room temp and we didn’t figure this out until we spent a very cool night in our room. You actually have to go to the window unit to adjust the temperature. The furniture in this room was as hard as rocks.

Staff friendly. Room spacious and clean. Bed comfortable. Fridge did not work and it was late so didn’t complain. Very noisy on the interstate side. Beginning at 4:30 am, trucks were revving up to leave. Only one elevator and it sounded like it was about to break down.
