The place has utensils, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine on site, but no camera in elevator, no slippers in rooms, no respect from the workers. In my 2 days of stay, I have heard employees complaining about customers to me:”All they do is complain, it’s so annoying.” When I asked the receptionist why my room wasn’t cleaned, he answered in a patronizing way:”Well when you checked in the hotel they told you that rooms are cleaned every two days.” When I asked for asked for slippers, they said “We don’t have slippers.” Essentially, the customer service, especially the male workers, will never use words like “please”, “sorry”, or “thank you”. The workers do not provide an alternative solution, nor a suggestion to problems they cannot immediately help.
