Our room was clean and well-maintained but smelled like a wet, dirty dog. Also, the bathroom had no fan. Shampoo the carpet and add a bathroom fan and this would be a 5-star stay!

The front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. We came late and in need of a clean, decent place for us and 2 dogs and she let us look at the room first before checking us in. Asked if there was anything we needed or she could help us with. Room was nice and clean and had everything we needed.

Ac leaked, room was wet. Pretty sure the room was covered in mold underneath carpet. Sinus issues were horrid the whole time as soon as I got home all of my sinus issues cleared.

Would probably not stay again. Cleanliness of room was fine but common areas in main entry/elevators was not - tile floors & carpet looked dirty. Keys did not work originally, had to call front desk. She came right up. Room smelled musty & also odor of cleaning products. AC unit ran the entire night and temp controls were not accurate. Coffee cups were tiny (why can’t they provide a ‘real’ mug?) and supplies were minimal (one tea bag ea, reg & decaf)

Very comfortable, everything we needed for cooking, keeping clean. Easy access, nice, helpful workers. Convenient central location to town. Close to hiking, botanical garden, rockets!

There was nothing terribly wrong, but also nothing terribly right. The hallway carpets probably should be replaced, and many spots were oddly quite wet. The room itself was ok, and although we didn't use the kitchen appliances, they were not in good shape.
