The Westin at a convenient location and offers comfortable accommodation. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Located next to a mall, we were happy to spend time walking around and discovering shopping and restaurants.

My husband and I are from Huntsville and every year on our anniversary we would stay at The Westin and eat dinner at Connors. We moved away 8 years ago and this was our first time back. We could not wait for the pampering we always felt staying there. First, we had to bring our dog. We get in the room, she goes under the bed and comes out with peanuts. THENNNN, she goes back under there and comes out with a rolled up DIRTY DIAPER!!! Seriously. We tried to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. The furniture was chewed up, the bathroom was dirty, the shower flooded on the floor, and we had the air at 68 and it wasn't anywhere near that. On the day we were to check out my husband went down to the lobby to get a cart and there were none. He went floor to floor looking for one and there were none. He asked the desk clerk for help and she told him he would just have to wait around. I paid $250 for this room. I have never spent that much money on a hotel room but thought it would be a nice getaway and help with the sadness of having to go home for a funeral. I won't ever step foot in there again.

Beautiful facility. We enjoyed our time there witb only a few issues. We ordered doordash and when it was delivered the night shift front desk employees didnt call to let us know it was there or even acknowledge me when i approached the desk. I asked them for silverware and neither spike just turned and got it then went back to whatever they were doing. On our second night, a group of kids ran through the lobby and restaurant out the back patio chased by police. even l
