Great place for a family!
We were in town for a few days with our five adult kids. Plenty of space. Great hang out area on the deck. Plenty of linens and cooking pans. Lots of fridge space. Washer/dryer worked great! Clean bathrooms! Excellent, safe neighborhood for family walks! Close to everything we needed

Cozy and simple
The house is cozy. It has twin cushion mattresses that account for the ability to sleep 12. There are only 2 bathrooms and no half bath. Nice backyard and close to everything. The bathrooms are small. The bedrooms are a good size. Good for families or couples.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay
My family and I stayed at this home over Easter weekend. The house had plenty of space inside and out. The backyard is great for yard games. Since the weather was nice, we especially enjoyed the deck which has a nice seating area. The kitchen is supplied with basics. We cooked Easter dinner and brought cooking supplies from home to be sure we were covered. There is a dining table that seats 4 that is not shown in any of the property photos. We enjoyed our stay and would rent the property again.
