Less than 30 minutes from Zion National Park and 15 minutes from St George. Only minutes from Sand Hollow and Quail Creek and within walking distance of Grocery Store, restaurants, Fast food, Banks and Convenience stores. Home is surrounded by beautiful shade trees and backyard has privacy fence where you can sit by the pool and relax in privacy after a day of hiking and exploring. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and everything you will need to cook. 3 Newly remodeled bathrooms. This home has everything you need to be your home away from home. This turned out to be the best decision for our family. It proved to be perfect for the soccer tournament we were attending. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves in a way that a hotel couldn't provide. Communication was great.

Perfect for Zion
The house was as described and an ideal location not too far from Zion. It was spacious and the kitchen had more items than many rental places. We had difficulty with the front door lock, but the host was responsive and we were able to access the house via the garage.

Perfect home away from home
2 nd time renting this home perfect for us had two master bed rooms. Enough room for everyone. We didn't use the pool this time around but first stay did and everything was perfect! Would definitely recommend this home. Communication is very good and location of this home perfect!

Great House, Fun Pool
Great house for 6 adults and 4 children. The garage made loading and unloading the cars really easy and was a nice drop off point for gear after hiking and camping. Great option if you are visiting Zion NP or just want to relax at the house. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids, just be aware it gets bathtub warm over the summer (beginning of Aug for our visit) because of the pool cover. The motorized pool cover completely seals off the pool, which was a little piece of mind with three kids 4 y.o. and under. The owner also let us check-in an hour early because we arrived earlier than expected, which was very helpful. An all around great experience.

The house were perfectly for our family of 6! We loved having a pool to come back to in the evenings and the house had everything we needed. Would recommend staying here for any trips to SW Utah, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Great house for families!
Clean, comfy, and conveniently located! We were a group of 9, with 5 of those being teen boys. Spent 2 days hiking Zion and this was a great place to relax and unwind after long, hot days. The kids got eight into the pool after hiking and we all had plenty of room.

Better than other Vrbo rentals
Beyond expectations. House was stock very nicely compare to other Vrbo rentals we've had in the past. The house had everything we needed from the littlest details such as sandwich bag to all the different kitchen cookware including slow cooker. This helped us pack lunch daily to our Zion hikes and had dinner ready in the slow cooker upon our return to the house. The pool was a hit and we used it daily upon returning to the house after a long day of hiking.

We really enjoyed our stay
We met with our friends from Seattle in Hurricane. The house provides everything you need for your stay. The rooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed the pool. Zion is only a 30 min. drive away. Communication with Mr. Bagley was easy and pleasant.

Clean, comfortable & close to parks
This home was perfect for our stay! We were on our honeymoon and planned to hike and explore the area National Parks. After very long and hot days it was perfect to be able to come back and spend the rest of the evening in the private pool. Another plus was being able to park in a secured garage. This property had everything we needed just as the comforts of our own home. Kitchen had all the necessities and baths even had toiletries what a bonus! This was a property that thought of just about everything! Two suggestions-make a sheet for TV instructions and maybe board and card games. I give this property a five plus rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect location
This met all of our needs and was a wonderful location to enjoy Zion, Snow Canyon, Red Cliffs and Sand Hollow. It was nice to get out early and enjoy hiking and then back to the house for some pool time. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all of the equipment and other items we needed. It was nice to have some plastic wrap, foil and plastic bags.

Getaway to Zion.
Lovely home! Plenty of room for families. The pool is a wonderful complement to this property. We so enjoyed it after hiking in Zion, which is only a half hour drive with stunning views on the way.
