Sand Hallow
Water pressure was really low & the shower wasn’t very hot. The biggest thing was that check in was at 4:00 pm. I think that the s way too late. But it is a really nice place to stay.

We stay here often and the stay is always good. This time our ac unit didn’t work the first night and that was super rough with 90 weather. The hair dryer in our bathroom also didn’t work, but we didn’t ask for any fixes while we were there and overall the room/stay was good!

The environment is cute. It's quiet and safe. People at the front desk are nice. There's no room available when we arrive at the check-in time. One bed in our room is very wobbly. You need to take care of something before checking out otherwise there will be an additional cleaning fee.

The resort was a great place to stay! Location was great with easy access to amenities and recreation. I stayed in a king suite and the room very very comfortable and clean. The shower was the only let down; basic tub combo I have at home, and water pressure was lacking. The reason it didn’t get 5-stars was because the only dining they have at the resort is HORRIBLE. I was shocked at how long everything took, the food was terrible and cold. I would have said something to my server, only she delivered my food and was never seen again. I was looking forward to my meal, the whole dining experience was a let down. Other than that, I would definitely recommend the resort, just be sure to bring your own food or order delivery.

Nice place with a lot of rules
Place was nice, but had a lot of rules you had to follow. Things like what could be parked where and how much you could adjust the air conditioning. All of these had fines attached to them so it was hard to not feel like management cared more about the rules than their customers. Add to that the dismal pressure in the shower and we won't be back. The place was nice though, just not the type of place for me.

this is a nice property in a very beautiful setting, but they cannot call themselves a resort. This is a golf course with a hotel.

The room was not that great. The beds were average. The pillows were awful. There were no "2024" ports to plug in my phone. My options? Plug it in 4 feet away from the bed. Crawl under the bed to plug it in behind the headboard. Or, move the 250 lb. bed out from the wall to plug it in. No bueno!

Not informing us that the elevator was not working was not good. We were on the third floor with a bad knee and no way to get the baggage up to the room. The room was clean and very comfortable. You do need more garbage cans as people left bags of trash in the hallways it caused a bad smell.

Very limited parking. We had reservations at the grill for dinner and waited 20 mins before walking out and eating somewhere else. Not a single person acknowledged us. The ice machine in the room made a very loud noise at random hours of the night and woke us from our sleep. The room was hot every time we came back to it. There were no extra blankets just a thin sheet on the bed basically. The breakfast service was terrible.

This property is beautiful and unique and well priced. The challenge with staying here is the page plus sign off sheet of all the ways additional charges are added (if air conditioning is turned under 72 degres, if parking isn't in certain spaces etc) Check in was functional and unwelcoming.
