Quiet residential neighborhood.

Plenty of onsite parking. Three car garage plus RV pad on the side of the garage. There is also another graveled location to park an additional car and or trailer.

Sorry, I even have to say this but this is the only place I can defend against a review that was recently posted and is full of lies.

If you read the reviews, you will now see the negative review that was made AFTER I filed a claim for damages. Our $2,800 kitchen table was damaged among many other things that were left in disarray by this guest. My claim to AIRBNB was denied because I did not file before the next guest arrived (a learning experience for me). It was a same-day turnaround and I was busy with my cleaner restoring our home to its state of cleanliness for our next guests.

I repeat, his whole review is full of lies. By comparison, please read the entirety of the rest of our reviews and you will see the consistency with which our home is loved for its comfort, beauty, location, and cleanliness. We have a cleaning crew that is really amazing. We are also rated highly for our communications with our guests. This guest did not communicate with us once during his stay.

Our home is an amazing place to relax and enjoy the area's many attributes. We have two years of wonderful reviews and the level of service has not changed.

Loved it

This property was clean, and very luxurious! The neighborhood was quiet and we loved the hot tub area. Every room has a huge TV which is super nice. The kitchen and pantry area were amazing. The host was nice, only thing that was odd to us was that there was a visitor who stopped by to get something out of the garage while we were gone. But the host communicated this with us before hand. We really enjoyed our stay overall and the views are amazing.

Spacious home with amazing views

This property had 3 bedrooms, an office room, and 2 baths. The living room and kitchen is one big room and you can see the mountains and canyons from this room and the master. The home has everything you need from a few pantry items to a full size washer and dryer.

We loved this property. The host was very thoughtful to communicate the many activities in the area. We come here every year at the same time. We love the owner Mike and his home is always a great stay. One of the best in the area for sure. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the view is spectacular!! Cant wait for our next stay!

Hurricane Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The home itself is beautiful, comfortable, nicely furnished, well maintained and clean. The location was perfect for access to local businesses and restaurants but more importantly, an easy 30 minute drive to Zion National Park. We hiked all day before we checked in and were really looking forward to using the hot tub (one of the reasons we chose this house). Unfortunately, the owner keeps the hot tub temperature at 80 degrees between guests and leaves it to guests to increase the temperature after their arrival. We were unable to use the hot tub our first evening because it took all evening to reach the appropriate temperature. It was wonderful to use the hot tub during the remainder of our visit after hiking all day. The other minor detail I would mention is, the owner clearly hasn’t updated photographs of the view from the house. There is new construction surrounding the property, and what once was a beautiful view is now greatly obstructed by a neighboring two-story home. Overall, we found the house to be a great choice for our visit to the area.

Beautiful Property

We all loved our stay, and considered it to be a highlight of our trip. Never enough time to take advantage of all the wonderful activities in the area. We only wish we could have stayed longer! The kitchen is totally stocked, and we loved preparing and grilling meals here, then enjoying them with a glass of wine on the patio, followed by a dip in the luxurious hot tub!

A Great Homebase

The Hurricane House was everything we hoped it would be and more. After a full day of hiking and exploring at Bryce Canyon National Park or Zion National Park, This house was our perfect homebase. Being able to come back to relax, cook a meal and relax fully. Everything about this house was top notch! The bed in the master bedroom was amazing. Sitting out on the back porch to enjoy dinner was wonderful. Nothing really to complain about. The only thing of note is that in the pictures, you don't see houses yet when you are there it appear some new builds are a bit more in view than what we thought. However, that is nothing to complain about, the place was amazing!

Great family fall getaway

This house and the location was amazing! We had 5 adults and were extremely comfortable in this home as it wasn't far from Zion National Park and a 2 hr drive to Bryce Canyon. With the cooler nights we were able to enjoy the firepit and hot tub as well. Very clean and spacious - would highly recommend !

My brothers and I were extremely pleased with our stay at the property. The home was spacious, clean, and with excellent amenities. The location worked well for our trips to Zion, Bryce (beautiful scenic drives!) and the nearby Red Reef trail. Zion Vacation

We were looking for a place to stay near Zion and came across this place. It’s a relatively short drive from Zion and we also spent a day on the north rim of the Grand Canyon, which is 2.5 hours away (worth the drive). The house did not disappoint!!! The house itself could be a vacation. We loved the location and the view! The house accommodated 6 adults easily. The house has plenty of amenities to use….hot tub, Treager smoker, home office. The area has multiple grocery stores near by so you and cook your own meals, but also has a large selection of restaurants about a 15 min drive away. We were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend staying here.

Great location, incredible house!

We stayed here for my husbands 30th birthday and we took the jeeps to sand hollow everyday. The location is in a perfect spot! Gas station is right outside the neighborhood, Grocery shopping is near by and it is only 10 minute drive to sand hollow! The host has the house well stocked with basic amenities and it is very clean. The only downside was 1 neighbor complaining that us leaving twice a day is too much and playing music while you bbq on a Saturday makes you a bad neighbor. Other than that We could not have enjoyed our stay more and highly recommend this house and host! We hope to return for our next trip.
