Villa Sea Escape is located on the island of Hvar, only 3 km from the small town of Brusje and 5.5 km from the town of Hvar. Brusje is known as a nice place where you can enjoy the clean air and where you will be delighted by the scents of lavender from the nearby fields. This villa is ideal for an escape from busy everyday life, where you will be able to enjoy peace and quiet, only 20 metres from the clear Adriatic Sea. Thanks to the title of the most famous tourist destination, every year the island of Hvar is visited by many local and foreign tourists who are delighted by the diverse offer of entertainment, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment!

The villa offers its guests 350 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1200 m2. It offers accommodation for a maximum of 10, and optimally 8 people. On the upper floor, guests will be comfortably accommodated in 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 of which have double beds, and there are also two bedrooms with bunk beds. Likewise, the villa has 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, and two ensuite bathrooms with a shower cabin.

On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen with a bar and two bar stools, where you can prepare meals for family and friends, and right next to the kitchen is a dining room with a dining table for 10 people. The living room contains two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV, where you can relax during the day or evening, and it also contains a Sonos wireless speaker.

On the outdoor terrace, there is an infinity pool with a size of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.3 metres. The infinity pool is located on the slope above the house, so it has a spectacular view of the bay and the neighbouring island of Šolta. Next to the pool is a sunbathing area with 8 sunbeds, and the outdoor dining table is directly accessible from the ground floor and has a beautiful sea view. There is also a seating area on the terrace, as well as an outdoor charcoal grill.

As additional content, there is also a separate toilet, an outdoor shower, and 2 baby cots.

You can use 4 parking spaces. Also, two moorings for boats up to 10 metres are at your disposal.
