24 Hyam Rd is a spacious, split level, light filled beach house adjoining the National Park , only 220 meters to the whitest sands in the world. With a versatile layout its suitable for families or a group of friends. Set at the end of a no through Rd.

The property offers high quality bed linen and towels, bedroom configuration as follows;

- Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with national park views.

- Bedroom 2- Queen bed with national park views

- Bedroom  3- two king single beds with private bush land views.

- Bedroom 4 -   King bed (or splittable into two king singles) with ensuite bathroom, shower and toilet(no bath)

Note - 7 days minimum notice is required and split bed fee will be charged.

- Main bathroom with heating, shower and toilet (no bath)

- Quality well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fan forced double wall oven, induction cook-top and microwave.

- Basic staples such as olive oil,  sea salt, cracked pepper, tea, coffee, foils and wraps supplied.

- Dining for eight people opening to front deck with views to Jervis Bay.

- Spacious light filled lounge room with combustion fire, reverse cycle air conditioning, blue tooth speaker, TV , DVD player and DVD library, opening to expansive private rear covered deck looking over National Park.

- Assorted games, puzzles and books.

- Porta cot with linen + high chair provided

- One car undercover parking with EV charger and dry entry to the house and a further two car spaces on the driveway.

- Laundry with washing machine and undercover drying area.

Security cameras at outdoor entry areas.

Firewood , while every effort to provide some firewood for guests between March and September is made, this supply is not guaranteed. Guests can purchase wood from the local service stations. 5-7minutes drive away in Vincentia.

A pre authorised amount of $500 will be held on your assigned credit card for any damages or excess cleaning/rubbish removal. Please ensure funds are available as access information will not be provided until funds are held. Funds will be secured 2 days prior to arrival and released within 7 days.

Note - Full reservation payment is due seven days prior to check in. For Christmas & Easter periods full payment is due thirty days prior to arrival.

Family get away
Excellent property in a great location, with all the amenities (and more) you will need for a stay at the beach. Would recommend and come again in a shot.
