Excellent staff. Cliff is extremey friendly and accomodating. Most of the rooms have balconies which is a huge plus for me. Continental breakfast a big plus!

This hotel is perfectly located in Hyannis. A few steps from the Main Street and the harbor, it’s a perfect location. The staff is super helpful, the room was spacious and clean. I recommend this place if you plan on having a vacation touring Cape Cod.

This was our second time staying here. We stayed last year and love it! It’s quiet, the staff are unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable and it’s an easy walk to dining and shopping. My daughter loved the choice of two pools! We will likely be back next year!!

The property is a bit outdated but the staff is wonderful. They are super welcoming and try to accommodate whever possible. Breakfast options were great.
