Close to Cape Cod baseball, boating, shopping/mall, entertainment, restaurants, automobile museum, bicycling (Cape Cod Rail Trail), Kennedy Memorial and ferries (Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard). Beach parking pass for 1 car included.

All required State and Local hotel and short term lodging taxes will be collected to meet latest Massachusetts laws.
