Super clean, very close to LAX airport with frequent shuttles. Very hiccups: shower head was leaking water sideways, and I could clearly hear an online meeting in the next room.

The service wasn’t great, workers were rude, however the property overall was nice and clean overall. We ended up not staying because the rooms were dark and there was a staged window, felt claustrophobic. Parking was a nightmare- absolutely so rude and inconvenient.

What an extremely nice room. With location so close to LAX, this will be a go-to place when arriving on a long-haul flight with an overnight layover. The shuttle driver was polit and helpful as well. The only thing that would have made the transfer from the terminal to the hotel better is if there was better communication between us as guests and the hotel to 'know' if the driver was in fact on the way. There is a texting system, but basically we were on the bus before we got a response. Other than that, the total hotel experience was great.

Very nice room, very comfortable. Appreciated: - the fridge being around the corner from the bed and inside a cupboard as I often cannot sleep with the loudness of a fridge in most hotel rooms - the roominess of bathroom, nice towels and amenities - the coffee maker - the gold filter gave me the option of using my own coffee. Liked the metal coffee pot. - breakfast was very busy! appreciated being able to eat outside, as well as milk options. Here are a few suggestions: - If you are going to offer bottles of wine, have wine glasses in the rooms,or available. I was very much put off by the price of a 1/2 bottle - $24 (with tax) - and the expectation that I should be ok drinking it out of a to-go cup. - nothing to stir the cream into the coffee - no light in the coffee area above the fridge. I had trouble pluggng in the coffee machine.

Great hotel let down by breakfast and pet policy
Rooms were great. Really modern and clean. Beds were comfortable, and rooms came with iron and ironing board. Gym was ok for a hotel gym. Good size, good variety of machines/weights. The only three things I was not keen on was: 1- the lifts, and how they work. You select the floor outside and wait for the lift. 2- the breakfast was ‘meh’. Served a purpose, but not a pleasant experience. Too crowded, restaurant area wasn’t big enough. It felt very ‘budget’ compared to how the rest of the hotel was. 3- the hotels policy in allowing pets to stay. Having breakfast, to then see someone’s chuwahwa sat on a chair infront of me. Yes, ON A CHAIR, while it ate food off a playe that was also placed on the chair. The food was all over the chair, and the dog was licking it off the chair. This put me off my breakfast completely. Is it not enough to have pets allowed, to then just have them on the floor? Do they really need to eat on the chair? Makes you wonder where they are allowed to sleep? Or if they even soil the rooms. How would anyone know?

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was nice at check in Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. I really wanted to have pool time, but found out i needed a wrist band to enter and had to go back downstairs, but the line was extremely long and i didnt want to wait. Breakfast was good, i kinda went 15 minutes til 10 and i felt rushed from employees and didn't get to enjoy like i wanted. I really wished they had free parking.

Parking is beyond stupid. 50 dollars a day if not more depending on how you purchase it. 150 deposit per night (its not the 4 seasons) you can’t even pull up and drop off in front of the hotel so if you are disabled please do not reserve a room here.
