Poor customer service. The front desk staff is not properly trained for customer check-ins. They’re very slow and are not aware of the necessary documentation for check-ins. Also, the dining staff were rude and condescending.

It was an average hotel and front office staff needs to be more professional. Common areas in hotel was run down and needed upkeep. Overall not at all an experience of a 5 star or a 4 star hotel, but more like a 3.5 star.

Elegant hotel with good service
Great service and elegant hotel with large rooms. Food in the restaurant was tasty. Power outages in the area caused issues with the elevator and hotel room as I lost all lights in the room for 1/2 a day. Overall very pleased with the hotel other than the power and elevator issues.

Clean, Safe, Nice Modern Decor, Lots of space in the rooms and bathroom. Location is walkable to Hitec metro station that has US Visa Application Center. Lots of walkable places to eat and shop outside. Breakfast Buffet has good selection of items to eat.
