Had a disappointed stay. Very bad hospitality. Staffs especially front desk and reception were not at all professional. Room was very stinky. Called housekeeping staff. They came late and sprayed room freshner. Still bathroom was smelling bad. AC was not working. Called again. They were repairing for 30 mins. And we are in the same room with a kid. After repairing also cooling was not that great. After paying 15k, the front desk staff doesn't have a courtesy to provide another room. We regret selecting Hyatt. We will never visit this hotel. Very bad service. Vinu K Cherian.

This is a great hotel though it caters to the business crowd. Located across from GVK Mall its a great location in Hyderabad. The hotel is a bit dated however that doesn't take away from the location, great staff, and hotel amenities.

Amazing hotel for family stay with kids!!!
Just wow!! Loved the hotel…location…room..service!!! Amazing!!! Clean rooms!!! Other best part of the stay was restaurant.. delicious breakfast and dinner.. everyone at restaurant were amazingly helpful.. kids also loved the food.. Last but not the least.. rooftop pool!!! Speechless!!!! Highly recommend for family stay in Hyderabad!!!

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the reputed shopping mall. All the staffs from reception to restaurant are really friendly and very honest. We stayed 6 nights and felt like home feeling every moment. Best of the best is the fare well by the Restaurant Head Chef and their staffs...Just touched.!! If we visit there , surely Hyatt Place Banjara Hills would be my first choice.
