THE FEET IN WATER ! Magnificent spacious apartment, BY THE SEA; modern and refurbished offers all the comfort (air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen) with a large kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, two beautiful bedrooms with wall cupboards and a large living room. A beautiful bay window with sea view gives you access to a beautiful wooden terrace of 25 m2 which includes an outdoor shower. Access to the sea is direct. The coastal path passes in front of the house and leads you to magnificent coves and islands in the western part of the Giens peninsula. Less than two hundred meters away you will find the small port of Madrague, where the fisherman offers daily morning fishing; also a diving club, a grocery store, a restaurant, a snack bar, a mailbox, the possibility of renting kayaks, motor boats with or without a license all this in a village and non seaside atmosphere. 2.5 km away is the village of Giens where you will find a bank and a church in addition to the small shops on offer. The pier that will take you to the islands of Porquerolles, Port-cros, Le Levant, are 4 km away. Holidays by the water in summer and winter, and in less than 15 minutes by car you will find all the cultural and sporting activities you want. And if you want to visit St-Sropez, you will only have to travel 60 km through the magnificent Môle valley. A great location in the Giens Peninsula
We had a great week at Pierre Yves apartment. The location is Fantastic, the house is well equipped and bigger than in the photographs. We brought our paddle boards and were able to go straight from the courtyard garden into the sea which was amazing.

Den Aufenthalt haben wir genossen. Mit den Vermietern hat man eigentlich keinen Kontakt. Das Parken ist nur eingeschränkt möglich da in der Ferienzeit alles von den Strandbesuchern alles zugeparkt wird. Leider in der Beschreibung nicht enthalten. Wird einem dann eine Garage 10€/Tag vom Vermieter angeboten. Da man eine Parkmöglichkeit braucht, wäre das besser von Anfang an im Preis inkludiert. Einchecken geht erst ab 17´.00 Uhr. Sehr unbequem da wir bereits 10:00 in Hyeres gelandet sind. Da man dann schon lange unterwegs ist, keine Möglichkeit zum Ausruhen hat, ist das sehr unbequem.

Ein Traum am Meer
Wir haben eine wunderschöne erholsame Woche in dieser tollen Wohnung verbringen dürfen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat auch gute Tipps zur Hand. Der Blick von der Küche und der Terrasse auf das Meer ist unbezahlbar so das man die Wohnung fast gar nicht verlassen möchte. Man kann aber auch sehr schöne Wanderungen unternehmen oder eines der guten Lokale im Umkreis besuchen. Das Auto kann man einfach mal stehen lassen.

Excellent.
Logement conforme à l'annonce, confortable, fonctionnel et propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la décoration marine, la salle de douche et l'emplacement idéal pour découvrir la presqu'île de Giens ainsi que les îles aux alentours. En cette saison, nous n'avons pas profité de la terrasse et de son accès direct à la mer mais cela n'enlève rien à sa beauté. Enfin, l'hôte est très sympathique. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine.

Wir genossen 6 Tage in diesem sehr romantisch- gemütlichem Fleckchen - ein Stück heile Welt! Erholung pur! Die Lage ist einfach sensationell! Ausstattung des Appartements ist sehr gut! Kritik auf hohem Niveau: Die Stühle sowie Liegen auf der Terasse könnten Erneuerung vertragen - ansonsten, wie schon geschwärmt- einfach super! Sehr netter Vermieter! Gegenüber befindet sich La Grotte, ein witziges Restaurant mit überraschend gutem Essen!

Logement très agréable et spacieux, vue superbe.
Très bon séjour sur la presqu’île de giens dans un cadre parfait ! Le logement est spacieux, agréable, la cuisine et le salon qui s’ouvrent sur une belle terrasse avec une vue magnifique. L’annonce est totalement conforme! Pierre-Yves est un hôte très sympathique et de très bon conseil sur les activités, restaurants etc Nous recommandons fortement !

Traumhafte Lage der Wohnung im Souterrain
Die Lage ist phänomenal, die Bilder geben einen guten Eindruck davon. In ein paar Metern Entfernung (man muss nur durch das Wasser waten) gibt es einen winzigen Strand und von der Terasse aus kann man direkt ins Wasser. Die Terrasse ist schattig und ein wunderbarer Aufenthaltsort. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zwei schöne Strände (Sandstrand und Steinstrand). Weitere Strände rund um die Halbinsel erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war für uns die Luftqualität in der Wohnung, die aufgrund der Lage im Souterrain und der Nähe zum Meer sehr feucht und etwas muffig war - für Allergiker vielleicht nicht so gut geeignet. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll.

ein Traum am Mittelmeer
ein ruhiger Ort mitten in der Hektik der Côte d`Azur... ein erstes Schwimmen vor dem Frühstück...raus aus dem Bett, rein ins Meer. Beim Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer dann die Frage: Entspannt von der Terrasse aufs Meer gucken und ab und zu mal abkühlen im Meer? den wunderbaren Wanderweg um die Prèsqu`ile laufen? eine Runde Paddeln oder tauchen? Zu einem der schönen Strände wandern oder vielleicht doch lieber mal die Altstadt von Hyères (mit wunderbarem Jardin) besuchen? Ach ja und wenn abends keine Energie mehr zum Kochen da ist, einfach die Treppe hoch ins L`Ilot und essen bestellen. Mit etwas Glück und kurzweiliger Wartezeit mit passender Reggae-Musik kommt dann auch die Pizza:) Wenn nicht, war zumindest der Rosé sehr lecker! und es gibt ja auch in Laufnähe noch 2 andere Restaurants. Alles in allem ein Ort an dem es sich sehr gut aushalten lässt. Nächstes Mal ganz bestimmt mehr als eine Woche... vielen Dank an Mr Pièrre-Yves Michel, dass er dort so ein schönes Appartment eingerichtet hat!
