Great stay!
We enjoyed our stay here- the staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and despite the doors wanting to slam shut, we didn't hear them at night. The location is very convenient- close to a taxi stand, grocery store, and restaurants. My only complaint is that the WiFi requires you to verify your email address, which is impossible if you're not enabling roaming charges. This may not be an issue for Spanish travelers, but coming from the US, it was a major hassle.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and was welcomed by a lovely member of staff Sara who checked me in and offered useful information. My stay was brief and the hotel is well situated close to the beach and many places to dine. The staff that I encountered later were dismissive and I noted the names, Alba Millana and Mateu on the front desk unhelpful, and Alba extremely rude. Richard assisted me while checking out in the morning and was a delight at 7am. The hotel was clean (harsh chemical smell from products used) and although some staff were unfriendly, I would recommend and highly likely to stay again if ever in Ibiza.

Very good location at Figueretes beach
Amazing location. Just 15 minutes from the airport. Very close to supermarkets, shops and 3 minutes walking from the figueretes beach. 20 minutes walking from Ibiza town and if you fancy go for a night out at the Bossa beach it will take you 30 minutes walking. The really down side was the breakfast.

Value for money is very good at this hotel, the breakfast is wonderful, rooms are new and clean. We had a little problem with canalization smell that was spreading in the whole room and disturbed a bit our comfort, but it might be just bad luck with ours...the area is quiet, 20 min walk from old town and just behind the beach.

Amazing...they overbooked rooms so they upgraded me to a suite free of charge. Great condition, good location close to the beach and amazing staff. I definitely recommend.

I booked in a hurry due to medical emergency with family member who was holidaying there. Place was lovely, the staff really were exceptional and understanding of the situation. The area is very much in the centre of a lively nightlife, but it was walking distance to the hospital and safe are so I would recommend for couples, friends etc. for a more typical vacation

Nice hotel
This is a well presented hotel located nearby the beaches of ibiza town and not far from the old town. The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern and exactly as seen in the pictures - the showers cubicles are a little tight. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was a great bonus with a modern menu.

Great location and very clean
Great hotel- near to the beach at Figueretas and close enough to walk to the old town. Very clean hotel and air conditioned room. Bed was very comfy and large balcony provided outside space. Could have done with a fridge in the room and the shower leaked at the bottom but hotel staff provided extra towels to overcome this. I would recommend staying here as good value at the cheaper end.

Good little crash pad with great breakfast.
Great breakfast. Very friendly. Good location (halfway between historic area and the beach hotels/clubs). Draw back was that the AC didn't work too well and shower door leaked. The pool looked nice but I didn't use it.

Great little hotel for short breaks!
My single room had great air-con, a good wifi signal (free), impressive shower, comfy bed and a balcony, the only downside was the view was of apartments opposite! Towels changed daily, spotlessly clean. Pool was a bit chilly being in the shade all day, but this hotel is best for those simply wanting a night's sleep whilst away all day. Despite being in the centre (which is handy for the shops, SPAR is just on the corner for those beach picnics) it was fairly quiet. Not much in the way of a lounge or bar though (the friendly receptionist doubled up!). Highly recommended for those on a budget or simply want somewhere for a short break.
