We had a great stay!!
The staff was excellent, they gave good restaurant recommendations,,the spa is awesome , I felt so rejuvenated after using the facilities. The location was good , we could walk most everywhere. The hotel was quiet and the view was awesome,,

Great Location
Great Location for Ibiza Town and the Marina´s.Beautiful hotel but very quiet at this time of year !Bedrooms are lovely, however we were disappointed in the TV channels or lack of them, no pay per view or movie channels. Also there is no turn down service which is unusual for a five star Hotel.the bedrooms are very contemporary so the bath is in the bedroom which you either love or hate !

Five star luxury in an unbeatable location
The review of this title pretty much says it all. The Ibiza Gran offers beautiful rooms, top notch service, views of The Old Town, and an amazing pool - all situated within 10 minutes of the airport, and (for those in town to party) 1 street from Pacha and Booom. We will definitely return!

Stunning Hotel
This is a fabulous hotel with a high standard of service. It's the little things make such a difference - face towels and cold water sprays, fresh fruit kebabs and cocktail teasers delivered to you whilst you sunbathe. A choice for breakfast that is second to none. A new room service menu and wine list that is affordable a real plus in a 5star restaurant.

as they say, you have to pay to play. this hotel isn't cheap, but the amenities are endless. great staff. beautiful pool. good restaurants. and to top it off...a casino!

Ibiza's Best Hotel......Well done!
Fantastic hotel, a true 5 star with all the trimmings, the overall finish in the room was fantastic with opulent finishes almost everywhere from the great shower that makes you feel like your in true luxury to the Jacuzzi bath in the middle of the room in junior suites. Fabulous views over the harbour looking straight at the old town and the best view the islad has to offer. All these are complimented in the overall finish in the communal area's with cascading water features and a ceiling troughtout the entire building which changed colour every 5 seconds...stunning. Casino, top class restaurants and a swimming pool that's lovely! My only reservation was NO uk channels on tv...Not even CNN...But who wants a tv when this hotel has so much more to offer. Nothing too much trouble for the entire staff. Well done...i will never stay anywhere else on the island. Geoff Edwards

Is it value for money?
This hotel has a lot to recommend it. Modern decor, big bright atrium, stylish rooms (althought self-styled 'junior suites' they are not!), great breakfast, good spa and pool area. Privacy is not a characteristic of the balconies which have a cruise ship effect. The product is good but definitely not worth the high season prices. One complaint: poor staff attitude at reception, bar and door attendants (two star attitudes bordering on rudeness).

Heerlijk ontspannen verblijf gehad in Ibiza Gran Hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. En wat wij vooral erg prettig vonden, was dat het eten zo goed en gevarieerd is.

What a hotel it was!
It definitely was the best hotel that I've stayed in Ibiza. Room was very spacious and well designed, great view of D'Alta Vila from the balcony, very nice breakfast, nice pool area and most of all, the people working there were super-nice! (especially the staffs at guest relations who helped me book restaurants etc) I am not a big fan of eating in the room but I can imagine many people doing so at Gran hotel because staying in the room is very comfortable, although it was unfortunate because there are lots of things to do outside in Ibiza! Also the new Cipriani restaurant was one of the best Italian restaurants ever...I would definitely stay there if I would be able to visit Ibiza next year…

Ездили на Ибицу на 2ночи,с целью посещения известных клубов. Искали хороший отель, дабы не оказаться в "общаге" тусующейся молодежи. Хотя сами ехали туда именно за этим, но отель хотелось спокойный и достойный для проведения досуга днем между ночной жизнью:) отель новый и современный, номера отличные с верандой, бассейны на территории супер для отдыха и релаксации)завтраки на высшем уровне тоже! Отель не дешевый,но оправдывает цену. В этом месте (ивиса) он лучший. Больше 5 звезд отелей обнаружено нами не было неподалеку. От аэропорта близко. Правда до пляжей хороших надо ехать на такси или машине мин 10,но нам этого было не надо на 3 дня. Думаю в след раз поедем тудаже!

Vale cada centavo! Excelente localização, estrutura, serviço, atendimento. Minha unica constatação é em relação à piscina; existiam 2 piscinas, uma era somente para adultos mas os hospedes ignoravam esta informação e infelizmente os funcionários não davam nem aquele "toque".; não chega a ser reclamação mas se existe o diferencial "somente adultos" deve ser cumprido, uma opinião = libera tudo!!!!

Il mio soggiorno al Gran hotel Ibiza purtroppo è durato solamente 1 notte, ci starei stata volentieri 1, 2, 3 settimane.... La struttura è moderna, accogliente e di classe e nel insieme devo dire che è un meraviglioso hotel. Stanze stupende servizio impeccabile. Next time, spero tra non troppo, rimarrò più tempo, per godermi il tutto in relax totale. Grazie Gran htl Ibiza!
