Finca La Vizcondesa with heateble pool

The dream finca with heated pool (with extra cost) is absolutely quiet and is ideal for families or groups of friends and offers on the approximately 3,000 m2 outdoor area a lot of fun for young and old. The pool can be heated and is ecologically treated with saline chlorination. Children can play in the garden, where there is a trampoline, a ping pong table and a basket in the yard. Meanwhile, adults can enjoy the covered barbecue area with outdoor kitchen. That all, with a wonderful view of the Atlantic sea and the mount Teide. Also an outdoor toilet with shower is available. The villa is comfortably decorated and furnished in a high-end country house style and features a cozy living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, two bedrooms with 2 single beds and a shower room. All rooms have individual central heating, where responsible and eco friendly use is requested. A covered front terrace with sitting area and a large dining table also guarantee for many relaxing hours in the outdoor area. Parking is easy on the huge yard. The farm is planted with all kinds of fruits that our guests can taste and pick for their own use, such as oranges, tangerines, lemons, avocados, apples, peaches, guava trees, etc. An ideal holiday home for hikers or sunbathing friends, who like to spend a relaxing holiday away from mass tourism.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.

What a week!!!
We stayed here for a week in November, and were lucky to enjoye very warm, sunny days! Loved swimming in the (heated) pool, and relaxing on the extensive patios surrounding the property. The kitchen is very well equiped, and the lounge was cosy in the evenings. It is essential to have a car here, but the steep and narrow roads up to and near the Finca are not for the faint hearted! We really enjoyed our week and will definitely stay here agai.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit großzügiger Außenanlage
Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Außenküche inkl. Grill. Tolle Aussicht, ruhige Lage aber dennoch schnell an der Schnellstraße Icod - Puerto de la Cruz. Man braucht in jedem Fall ein Auto. Mehrere Supermärkte in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar für ein nettes Restaurant muss man schon weiter fahren. Die Betten könnten etwas weicher sein. Das Haus ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden, wenn man sich vom Flughafen Teneriffa-Süd aus kommend auf Google verlässt (bzw. den Google-Link den der Vermieter schickt). Man wird über kaum befahrbare Straßen geleitet, Besser bis Icod fahren und von dort aus das Haus ansteuern.
