The property was nice and roomy but on arrival, the kitchen trash was full and had not been taken out, there was big yellow tape on dryer and not usable. We also found toothpicks, change and dog hair around. We couldn’t use the fire place because when my husband tried to start the propane logs it black flashed and burned all the hair off my husbands arms, so not trying that again. After the reservations were made, questions were not answered. Finally the week before, I looked up the companies phone number and called. I had to leave a message but a gentleman called me back later that day. The stay was comfortable and roomy though

They seemed to care way more about making money Over Hospitality. My recent stay at this vrbo left me very disappointed. We saved for months for this vacation for my daughter’s birthday and Thanksgiving. It seemed that the host's/vrbo’s priority was more focused on making money than ensuring a positive experience for guests. The lack of attention to hospitality was evident, and it impacted the overall quality of our stay. I hope the host considers balancing their priorities for future guests. A few examples- TVs were broken, internet was bad, couldn’t get connections for parades or football games on thanksgiving day. We we were told the internet provider would come out on the first full day we were there and they never did, many utensils needed to cook were broken, on top of having to pay so much money and then still having to buy toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, detergent, etc was very disappointing. My family stayed in another Vrbo 5 minutes away in the same town with a different property management company and had it all (built in shampoo, conditioner, soap, tons of toilet paper, etc) and that property was way more affordable as well. It had a hot tub, good internet and TV’s, and was a lot more affordable. It’s apparent they only care about making money and not about making the clients stay more enjoyable

A disappointing birthday trip
We arrived at 4pm to food/trash throughout the front yard, and a filthy cabin occupied by the cleaning ladies and their children. They said prior party didn't leave on time and informed us they were going to be a while or we could finish cleaning ourselves. The showers didn't even get cleaned. After an hour of waiting for them to finish cleaning(they did NOT), we were left with the previous guests half laundered bath towels, which we could not finish because the dryer apparently needs to be taped shut. Any "clean towels" we could find smelled horrible because they apparently had been left to sour in the washer for who knows how long. The house reaked of dog feces. I tried for hours to get ahold of the owner or management company to no avail. There were millions of fire ants all over the patio and in the yard. My husband, myself, and my dogs were stung dozens of times. We had to go into town to buy poison to kill them, and couldn't use the back area. The water hose was left on by the cleaning crew and overflowed the hottub and yard making the ant problem worse. Hulu live wasn't on any tv, as advertised. It was important for us to watch the world series. We found where someone had not logged out of one of their streaming service, so we could at least watch the game. Leftovers Aren't For Everyone
The house was an awesome house.. We loved the layout. Outside of that the dishes, silverware, and baking was just nasty. The stove top was still dirty. Im sure its the cleaning company put words cant explain it. Forks had food in them, the baking sheets had burnt food on them. the mixing bowls had flour and stuff in them. just wow.. We cleaned the entire kitchen and put everyting in the dishwasher until it was all clean through out our stay for the next guest. Im sure as nice as the property is the owners had no idea.. Loved the location and the home.. Family fun

Great Cabin for your Broken Bow getaway
Great property, excellent location, and very comfortable house with all amenities you need for a great weekend including a hot tub, TVs all across the house, grill, and a fire pit. The kids love the bunk beds and having Pacman arcade and air hockey was a nice addition to the kid's space. Things to improve: it feels like the internet speed was not the best for streaming, the freezer needs an upgrade, and we could not figure out how to turn the air hockey.

A last ride on a Senior Trip
We loved the house. It worked out great to take our high school small group there for a final time for us to spend together. The only downside to the house was that the freezer and fridge weren't working properly. Neither of them were cold while we were there.

Great cabin and location!
Property was better than expected, it has a great game room/bunk room for the kids. Plenty of room for 2 families and we loved that it was pet friendly. The cabin is close to multiple restaurants and close to the hiking trails. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Good cabin, nice size.
We just stayed for 2 nights but enjoyed our stay. It is a nice size and is good as is but with a couple tweaks could be great!! We loved that we could bring our dogs with us and they enjoyed being able to run around and play on the concrete floors & open space. We did find the air hockey table didn’t work, and the hot tub would not warm up even after we set it to 100 (only got to 89). No toilet paper, paper towels, or ice maker (there is one but it didn’t make ice so maybe it isn’t hooked to water) were provided so be sure to bring your own! Great cabin, just needs a few tweaks but is a large space for several guests and great location.

Just the location alone is worth 5 stars! Conveniently located a mile from everything in town! The cabin is gorgeous, spacious, and convenient for all guests of all ages! We took full advantage of the outdoor fire pit and hot tub! Towels were provided for after hot tub use! (How thoughtful!) This cabin is worth a lot more than the listed price! We will definitely be returning!

Had a Great Time at Dancing in the Moonlight cabin! Perfect location to Beaver Bends National Park!!! Brought the whole family, we all had plenty of room to sleep. Wish there would have been larger kitchen area, or a shelf stand to put groceries we brought. There also wasn't a lot of area to put you luggage in the rooms and the ceiling fan in the living room wasn't working. But these are so minor in mentioning. We loved our stay, we made so many GREAT memories and had a Great 4th of July Family Time!!!

Such a great place for our relaxing girls weekend! The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean and cozy. The hot tub was the perfect way to spend the evenings. Be sure and bring k-cups if you want coffee, we had to go out the first morning and buy some. This house was great- book it!

Cabin was exactly as pictured minus the wood stacked on the porch and the outdoor seating had been changed out. Kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking items. The highway in front of the property was mostly quiet- no large trucks like on the main 259 Hwy. Completely quiet after dark. We enjoyed the fire pit each night and bought the wood close by. The floors are concrete so we did find sound traveled through the cabin at night for sleeping (night owls moving about) but great for a worry free clean for the pets. My suggestions for the cabin would be a bench or something in the master to lay personal items on and a coat rack for hanging coats on during the winter months. Overall we loved this cabin-location very convenient to all activities, quiet area for walks, great for pets & well maintained!! We made some great family memories and would stay here again!
