Family funeral. I recently had knee replacement and booked a handicap accessible room. It wasn’t that, toilet was so low to the ground it felt child sized, had to climb over the tub and there were no grab bars. What the heck I thought that every room had that. There’s a board between the beds that isn’t attached to the wall so they’ve pushed a foot rest under the nightstand to hold it in place, still major holes. Room 308. Hotel needs a makeover.

Relaxing & comfortable stay!!

So, our stay was for personal reasons! The room was immacualte and spacious! The ammenities were great! They had Dove products for personal care attached to the walls for convenience! It smelled good too! The pool was luke warm and the jacuzzi was hot! The breakfast was good & plentiful! All in all a wonderful experience!!

It motel was affordable and the breakfast was great. But there were so many things that were broken from the whirlpool to ice makers. My room needed the carpet cleaned. Their was the faint smell of spoiled milk.

I was in room 235. It’s a corner with two sets of windows. The room is updated and spacious. There were also blackout blinds to keep out the light and the cold weather. The staff were also very nice and helpful. Shuttle service was amazing as well. Chris was a good listener.

An Excellent Place to Stay

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Idaho Falls, Idaho rated 5's in all areas. The room was not too small, and it was clean. The mattress was comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices both hot and cold, and it had daily housekeeping which was a big plus. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and fresh throughout the facility. We had a very pleasant sty here.
