It was a run down building on the inside,, noisy & the beds were not comfortable at all. We got a room with a hot tub but could not get it to turn on. When we asked for help at the front desk they said they could t help or do anything until the next day. The customer service needs to be improved. I was not impressed but the price was good. I guess you get what you pay for.

Hallway smelt like cat urine , so did the luggage trolly. Room was decently clean , sheets were good . Shower had no pressure , took a long time to get hot water . Staff was friendly

Requested ground floor pre-stay. got there was assigned upper floor. talked with clerk.. they were able to make necessary corrections. If we had arrived latter during checkin, I am not sure we would have been able to stay at motel. It was emphasized in reservation set-up our needs. Staff was helpful in fixing Issue.

for some reason the room had a leak coming from the fridge, and the doors had peekholes about 2 inches in diameter compared to a smaller more regular sized one. otherwise my stay was relatively safe.
