The only two positive experiences I had were-
1. The room looked like it was cleaned by a good housekeepe, and the housekeeper was sweet.
2. The lady at the breakfast area was nice as well.
After staying in several hotels in multiple states across the US, this was our worst experience, and it pains me to write this review.
The man checking us in ( a bit past 11pm) was on the phone and seemed inconvenienced by our presence, he checked us in as fast as he could and the only explanation of the property we got was: " this is your room number and it's on the 4th floor". After that, he went back to the phone call on his cell phone. No other details. The first thing I noticed was how loud it was in the lobby, there was a party at the convention center which is right next to the lobby. Had a hard time falling asleep as you could hear the music all the way in our room up in the 4th floor. I went back downstairs to ask for extra towels, and inquire about the breakfast hours. The same man, again seemed inconvenienced by my question, said: " the hours are 6 to 10 but it's already written in the voucher". At this point, and not at the check in, was when I learned you have to bring a breakfast voucher to the restaurant which is located inside the envelope where your key cards are also located.
Breakfast- The eggs were stale and soaked in hot water, sausage and potatoes were hard and dry. Coffee cups were styrofoam with no lids. Bagels were cut in half. Cereal was old and stale.
