This comfortable apartment is located in a quiet area, directly on Lake Idro. The property during the rental is occupied only by tenants. From the house, a path leads along the shore of the lake, and in about 20 minutes on foot you reach the typical village of Pieve Vecchia. There are bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment has its own parking space. You can also use the facilities of the nearby holiday complex Tre Capitelli (10 minutes on foot). There is a restaurant, cafe, supermarket, tennis court, volleyball court, table tennis and a surfing school. In summer, many activities are organized for children.

Wunderschön
Wir waren überwältigt von diesem Häuschen.Modern und alles sehr sauber.Und dieser Lage direkt am See,zur Feriensiedlung Tre Capitelli sind es 15 Min.,dort gibt es frische Brötchen und eine sehr gute Pizzeria. Unser Hund war auch willkommen,sehr sympathischer Verwalter,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.

Angenehme Ruhe
Wer einfach entspannen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Nach den großen Ferien ist es angenehm ruhig und nicht so überfüllt. Ja, es sind viele Motorräder unterwegs aber so laut wie beschrieben ist es lange nicht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon, entschädigt für so manches… Kommen gerne wieder.

Charm einer Autobahnraststätte
Vorab: Man darf keine Spinnenphobie haben. Der gesamte Terrassenbereich beherbergt zahllose Spinnen so groß wie 20 Cent Münzen. Die sind sehr aktiv und verlegen ihre Netze auch gerne in die Türen und Innenbereiche. + Nettes Personal am Campingplatz + Bad recht neu renoviert und daher sauber (2020) - Sehr laut - Vielbefahrene Hauptstraße direkt am Haus. Ständiger Auto und Motorrad Lärm. - Am Sonntag Gab es Hubschrauberrundflüge um den Idrosee. Der Hubschrauber wendet dabei leider direkt über diesem Haus im Tiefflug - Der Weg Am See endet nach links/rechts direkt an zwei Campingplätzen, welche den Durchgang verbieten. Man könnte jetzt nur noch über die Hauptstraße laufen, was als Fußgänger nicht geht. - Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler und trotzdem war das Geschirr dreckig... - Die Oberflächen in Küche und Bad waren sauber, sonst leider nicht viel. Viel Dreck z.B. unter dem Bed und in den Regalen der Küche Insgesamt kein Ort zum Entspannen. Der See ist gut für Paddeln etc. geeignet aber nicht so sehr zum Schwimmen.

Accueil très sympatique au Village. totale confiance en nous à l'arrivée comme au départ. Le logement est simple mais très correct. C'est surtout la terrasse qui est magnifique, avec vue sur le lac qui est à 20 m ! Pas très touristé, très calme, activités nautiques +++

magnifico panorama
la proprietà bellissima ottima la posizione. Mancano le zanzariere a mio avviso indispensabili visto la presenza di molti insetti giornalieri e notturni. Anche la pulizia poteva essere piu' accurata. Del resto tutto molto bello e nel complesso e' stato un soggiorno molto bello.

Das Haus liegt fast direkt am See. Ein Wanderweg führt vor dem Haus vorbei. Links vom Haus gibt es noch ein weiteres Ferienhaus das auch vermietet wird. Also sehr ruhig und empfehlenswert. Man muss aber auch schreiben dass das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und ein paar Renovierungen nicht Schäden würden. Auch die Sauberkeit war nicht optimal. Da wurde offenbar gespart. Daher ein Stern Abzug.

Haus in ruhiger Lage direkt am See
Einrichtung gut; alles da, was man braucht. Einige wenige Dinge leicht defekt (Sonnenliegen!), aber alles sauber und recht modern. Balkon genial mit 1a - Aussicht und Sonne oder Schatten nach Wunsch fast den ganzen Tag. Innenräume großzügig, nur dir Duschkabine eng. Vom eigenen Garten direkt zum Baden, Schwimmen oder Paddeln in den See. Absolut ruhig gelegen, Parkplatz am Haus. Einchecken an der Ferienhaussiedlung problemlos und unbürokratisch. Fußweg dorthin vom Haus 15 min, wenn der kleine Laden oder der Pool genutzt werden möchte.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung.
Wir hätten einen wirklich schönen und ruhigen Urlaub in diesem sehr netten Haus in traumhafter Umgebung. Platz genug für 4 bis 6 Personeb. Das Haus war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Einen Backofen hätten wir uns noch gewünscht um Brötchen aufbacken zu können. In der Vorsaison muss sonst jeden morgen nach Idro fahren um Brötchen zu kaufen. Sehr netter Kontakt, kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhaus für Familien
In der ersten Nacht war es am anderen Ufer laut und wir dachten, was wird das wohl werden. Das war aber nur am ersten Abend, dann lernten wird das Haus lieben. Es ist groß und reicht auch für 6 Personen. Zwei Terrassen, unten war noch ein Waschmaschinenraum, dort drin stand unser Surfbrett. Am Anfang waren wir geschockt, kein Fernseher, kein WLAN. Aber auf den Fernseher konnten wir verzichten, das hält auch jetzt lange nach dem Urlaub noch an, toll. Und WLAN gab es kostenlos am kostenlosen Schwimmbad des Vermieters, super.

Preis und leistung stimmen nicht
Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön direkt am See,leider ist es sehr abgelegen.etwa ein Kilometer bis zur Ferienanlage Tre Capitelli.Einkaufen war in dem kleinen Markt in der Anlage noch nicht möglich:Mit der Sauberkeit nimmt man es nicht so genau.,die Steckdosen mussten erst repariert werden; Die Umgebung und das Essen Sind aber toll.
