First of all this is not a hotel. It is a very badly kept time sharing mega complex. Stray dogs all around, barking all night. There is no air conditioner in the rooms. It was a very hot week, room temperature was unbearable. Service non existence. Food poor. Buildingand surroundings need fixing and cleaning. Pools, halls, buildings has nothing to do with web pictures. It would get 2 star billing as a motel.

Haben nur eine Nacht gebucht, hat auch gereicht. Der Page war ganz nett, hat uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Beim Empfang wurde uns nicht viel erklärt. Der Aufzug war vor unserer Tür defekt und mussten laufen. Wellnessbereich war sehr schlecht, alles schon sehr alt und vieles mit Kalk überzogen. In den Umkleiden beim Schwimmbad waren Föns mit offenen Kabeln, sehr gefährlich…. Balkontür im Zimmer konnte man nicht richtig zumachen, so das jemand von draußen reinkommen könnte,gut das wir im 1. Stock waren. Das einzig gute war das eigene Haman. Da waren wir dann auch. Nur die Wasserröhre, die durch das Badezimmer gingen waren sehr laut und dieses Geräusch hörte auch nicht mehr auf. Sehr nervig wenn man schlafen möchte. Haben 120€ für eine Nacht bezahlt und hätten echt mehr erwartet.

Otel odasının içinde termal havuz olması otel adına bir artı. Temiz nezih tatil açısından uygun ve tercih edilebilir bir yer. Tek bir sıkıntısı en baştaki bloğun koridorların ışığının yanmamasıydı.

Giriş saati 14 olmasına rağmen 16:30 da ancak giriş yapabildik Yemek ler vasatı bir tık üstü İlk gün 18:30 da başlayan akşam yemeğine 19 da gittik ana yamekl bitmişti ve bir daha gelmedi Lahmacun vardı ancak biber salçasından yapılmıştı sanki o derece baharatlı personel güleryüzlüydü

Resepsiyon personelleri guler yuzlu bir karsilama yaptilar.Tek gecelik bir konaklamada hersey dahil konsepti olmasina ragmen oglen yemegi verilmemesi bizleri oldukca sasirtti.Fakat resepsiyon sefi ve diger gorevli arkadaslar bu sorunu cozerek ogle yemegi de yememizi sagladilar ve taleplerimizi karsilayabilmek adina ustun gayret gostererek mutlu ayrilmamizi sagladilar.Kahvalti ve diger ogunler yeterliydi,insaat hali devam eden yerlerde temizlik sorunlari vardi.Aksamlari canli muzik olmasi guzel ama oturacak yerler cok yetersizdi.Cay kahve ve konsantre icecek disinda bir sey beklemeyin,hersey dahil sistemden ziyade ozellikle tek gecelik konaklama,aslinda yarim pansiyon konsepti var.Gulec yuzlu ve ilgili ve sorun cozme konusubdaki ozverili personelleri,otelden mutlu ayrilmamizi sagladi,hepsini kutluyor ve tesekkurlerimi iletiyorum
